NATAL CARE

We understand what it’s meant to be an expectant or new mother, inevitably chores will be piling up and a professional like us is needed. Our Natal care is your compassionate and caring companion who can support both the mother and child in personal grooming, non-medic care, child care, running errands, cooking and handling domestics’ chores. Our care-givers are experienced mothers who have successfully groomed other mothers to be great mothers. Whether is in-home pre/post-natal care, we are here to serve you better.

Our services includes but not limited to this;

  • Prenatal Care: Medical care and support provided during pregnancy, including regular check-ups, screenings, and education on nutrition, childbirth, and overall maternal health. This may also include prenatal classes, emotional support, and counselling.
  • Postpartum Care: Care for both mother and new-born after delivery, including monitoring for complications, pain management, breastfeeding support, and new-born care education. It also addresses emotional and psychological well-being of the mother, along with family planning and birth spacing.

KID CARE

Our care-givers are well cultured with years of experience in child management and have also been trained specifically to understand child care laws, child care support, health and safety. So, parents and guidance whether it is child escort, baby-sitting, home coaching, personal care, children meals support, children outdoor companion services;  be rest assured your cradle, toddlers and teens is/are in safe hands and been well taken care of.

Our core services include but not limited to this;

  • Home-based Child Care: Care provided in a caregiver’s home, often with a smaller group of children. This can offer a more intimate and home-like setting compared to larger day-care centres.
  • Nanny Services: In-home care provided by a caregiver who comes to the child’s home. Nannies can offer personalized attention and flexible scheduling, and may also assist with household tasks related to childcare.
  • Babysitting: Temporary care for children, usually for a few hours at a time. Babysitters may be hired for occasional needs, such as evenings or weekends.
  • Special Needs Child Care: Specialized care for children with medical, physical, or developmental needs. These services may be provided in various settings, including homes, schools, or specialized centers, and require caregivers with specific training and expertise.

IN-HOMECARE

Care at senior age is most paramount because of little inabilities that come with age. Our care-givers meet up with various needs as they bring back vigour and vitality into the lives of our aging adults once again. We have personnel who are professionals, experienced, good communicators, respectful, gracious, compassionate, patient, competent and hygienic. We make your dream come true through our staff as; they are well organised to handle home agendas and routines, vigilant in monitoring and recording of client’s health progression and vital signs. Whether its personal grooming, meal care, home/travel companion, onsite laundry, groceries shopping/delivery, home organising/sitting, car wash/care pickup/delivery, general errands, all these we do and yet still maintain your privacy, security, safety and freedom.

Our core services include but not limited to this;

  • Personal Care: Assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Companionship Care: providing company, emotional support, and social interaction.
  • Live-In Care: A caregiver resides in the client’s home to provide 24-hour support.
  • Overnight Care: Caregiver is present during the night to assist with needs that may arise.
  • Residential Care: Provides housing, meals, and personal care assistance for individuals who need help with daily living but do not require intensive medical care.
  • Adult Day Care: Supervised care in a community setting during daytime hours, providing social interaction and activities for individuals and respite for caregivers. These programs often offer meals, transportation, and social activities.

CONVALESCENT CARE

This is our short-term care for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, focused on rehabilitation and regaining independence. Convalescent care is designed to help patients regain their health and strength. Our care-givers are mature, trained, diligent housekeepers and cooks who are hygienic, health and safety conscious, medically certified, with no criminal records. So, whether its special needs patient care, outpatient aftercare, after injury/surgery medical support, physiotherapy, prescription pickups, drugs administration, domestics care, meals planning and cooking or any other in-home care support, your sweet recovery is our priority.

Some of our core care services include but not limited to this;

  • Wound care: Care for any wounds that the patient may have, such as surgical incisions or bedsores.
  • Palliative Care: Care focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of a serious illness, with the goal of improving quality of life for both the patient and their family.
  • Hospice Care: End-of-life care that provides comprehensive support and comfort to terminally ill individuals and their families.
  • Nursing Care: 24-hour skilled nursing care for individuals with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or complex medical needs. We also provide skilled nursing care and therapy services provided at home, including wound care, medication management, and rehabilitation (physical, occupational, speech).
  • Dementia Care: Specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, focusing on safety, comfort, and cognitive support.

The specific services offered will vary depending on the individual’s needs, but may include:

  • Medical monitoring: Regular check-ups by doctors and nurses to track the patient’s progress and ensure that they are not experiencing any complications.
  • Pain management: Medications and other treatments to help patients manage any pain they may be experiencing.
